The introductory workshop for the "Sky Tech Drone – Technofest Syria" competition launched today at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Aleppo, with a significant turnout of interested students from various engineering disciplines.The workshop is sponsored by the Technology Pioneers Community, the Field Human Innovation Foundation, and the Midad Association. It is part of ongoing efforts to support and empower youth in modern technical fields, specifically drone technology.The program aims to train participants on the fundamentals of operating Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and to develop their practical skills. It also introduces them to the most prominent applications of drones across various sectors, helping prepare them for participation in major global competitions and opportunities.Furthermore, the workshop seeks to open new horizons for students to explore the world of drones and discover its technical secrets, as it is considered one of the most promising fields in the current labor market.The workshop activities are scheduled to continue over four days, featuring specialized training and interactive sessions targeting engineering students at the University of Aleppo and those interested in this innovative field
