The Agricultural Assembly in the Rural Damascus Governorate held an expanded meeting chaired by the Director of Agriculture, Dr. Zaid Abu Assaf, to follow up on the progress of field work and assess the most critical requirements of the governorate's agricultural sector.The meeting featured a general discussion on the current situation of farmers during this stage of the season. It reviewed immediate requirements in the fields and explored effective ways to provide facilities and overcome obstacles to streamline harvesting operations and ensure the delivery of the wheat crop with the highest levels of flexibility.The attendees emphasized the importance of elevating joint coordination and integration among various entities involved in the agricultural sector.
