President of Damascus Agriculture Chamber and Japanese Ambassador Discuss Supporting Agricultural Recovery at PSD 2026 Conference

The President of the Chamber of Agriculture in Damascus and its Countryside, Mr. Mohammad Jannan, met with the Ambassador of Japan to Syria, Mr. Akihiro Tsuji, on the sidelines of the First National Conference for Syrian Private Sector Dialogue (PSD 2026) in Damascus.

The two sides discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation and support the Syrian agricultural sector to ensure food stability. During the meeting, the Japanese Ambassador emphasized his country's continued support for early economic recovery projects and the creation of sustainable job opportunities
