Ministry of Agriculture Discusses Poultry Sector Support and Production Challenges with Agricultural Chambers

The Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform held a specialized meeting with the heads and members of poultry committees from the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Agriculture. The meeting aimed to discuss the current state of the poultry sector and develop practical solutions for its challenges. Discussions focused on the necessity of protecting small-scale farmers and ensuring market stability by securing production inputs and reducing costs. Furthermore, the meeting reviewed the Ministry's strategic plan (2026-2030), which aims to increase poultry farm productivity and improve operational mechanisms to serve both producers and consumers.
