Damascus – Damascus International Airport on an official visit to the Syrian Arab Republic. They were welcomed by Sheikh Samir Al-Masri, the Director of the Umayyad Mosque, who provided a detailed explanation of the mosque's history, its religious and cultural significance, as well as its prominent architectural and archaeological landmarks that make it one of the most important historical monuments in the Islamic world.During the visit, the delegation is scheduled to hold a series of meetings and discussions with the Chamber of Agriculture in Damascus and its Countryside, along with several economic entities and Syrian businessmen. These meetings will explore cooperation opportunities in the fields of agriculture, food industries, investment, and trade exchange, as well as discuss mechanisms for organizing specialized economic events and exhibitions to enhance the economic partnership between the two nations.This visit comes amid growing mutual interest in developing Syrian-Turkish economic relations and opening new horizons for cooperation between private sector institutions in both countries to achieve shared interests and boost investment and development opportunities
