Damascus and Rural Damascus Chamber of Agriculture launches the From Producer to Consumer initiative to support handicrafts and productive families

Mr. Mohammad Jannnan, Chairman of the Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Agriculture, and Dr. Majd Ayoub, the Chamber's Secretary, inaugurated the "From Producer to Consumer" initiative held at the Chamber's headquarters in Damascus, in the presence of Chamber staff and the organizing entity.

This initiative comes within the framework of the Chamber's efforts to support local production and handicrafts, with a particular focus on empowering women and supporting small projects. The event aims to provide the highest quality food and handmade products to citizens at competitive prices by eliminating trade intermediaries, thereby providing direct support to both the producer and the consumer.

The initiative continues to welcome visitors and showcase its diverse exhibits, which include a wide range of rural and handcrafted products, until next Thursday
