Within the activities of the "AgroSyria 2026" international exhibition held at the Damascus Fairgrounds, Mr. Mohammad Jannat, Chairman of the Damascus and Rural Damascus Chamber of Agriculture, conducted an inspection tour of the nursery pavilions. He was accompanied by Mr. Hassan Haliwa, Head of the Central Nurseries Committee, and Mr. Nizar Saad al-Din, Head of the Central Poultry Committee.

During the tour, the delegation reviewed the latest technologies in seedling and sapling production. They reaffirmed the Chamber's commitment to supporting local producers to enhance the quality of Syrian nurseries and boost their global competitiveness.

Jannat and Haliwa praised the remarkable development in the work of national nurseries participating in the exhibition. This year’s event attracted more than 120 companies from 12 countries, opening new horizons for investment and export within the agricultural sector
