This variety is characterized by high productivity, up to three times that of regular walnuts, in addition to its small tree size compared to other known walnut trees.
 
Planting dimensions are 4 x 4, more or less depending on the soil conditions.
 
The walnut shell is fragile and can be broken by hand.
 
The fruit core is white.
 
Production begins in the first year of planting, and economic production begins after five years.
